MASSAGES
All treatments at enmasse are performed in white cotton clothing, provided by us, without the use of oil - see gallery
Customers are encouraged to engage with their therapist and talk about the preferred style of massage. This can include requests to focus the massage on certain parts of the body as well as requests to apply various combinations and intensities of acupressure and stretching. Obviously you are also welcome to make no decisions and let our very capable therapists intuitively work their magic. Broadly our massages vary between gentle/light to deep/firm in pressure. Requests for exceptional pressure are welcome, however, they come with a mandatory service charge of R50 (all of which is paid to the therapist). After your massage we encourage you to relax (or better, sleep) for as long possible. Further enhancing the experience, our 47 different tea blends and filtered water are complimentary. VOUCHERS All our treatments are available as vouchers: electronic and physical. For physical vouchers please pop in at any stage, alternatively we are able to arrange delivery (depending on the destination a delivery charge may be applicable). For electronic vouchers please email us (we are open 7 days per week) and we’ll try our best to respond immediately. If you are stuck at the 11 hour in need of a gift please call us to avoid delays.
enmasse vouchers never expire, however, we may apply an administration fee to vouchers redeemed after 2 years.
