This can include requests to focus the massage on certain parts of the body as well as requests to apply various combinations and intensities of acupressure and stretching. Obviously you are also welcome to make no decisions and let our very capable therapists intuitively work their magic. Broadly our massages vary between gentle/light to deep/firm in pressure.
